Refund Policy for Synapto AI

My aim is for you to be completely satisfied with the services you purchase from Synapto AI. This policy outlines your rights to a refund, in compliance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription to my AI Services at any time.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel via your account dashboard or by contacting me directly at admin@synaptoai.co.uk. Your access to the paid features of the Service will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which your subscription will not be renewed.

2. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

For all new subscriptions, you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period from the day your first subscription payment is made.

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your subscription within these first 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Exception: If you have made significant use of the Services during this 14-day period, I reserve the right to charge you a reasonable amount for the service that was provided.

3. Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period

  • Monthly Subscriptions: After the initial 14-day cooling-off period, payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel, you will not be charged for the next month, and you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Annual Subscriptions: After the initial 14-day cooling-off period, payments for annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Service Issues

If you believe the service is not as described or is faulty, you may have a right to a price reduction or a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
