Accessibility Statement for Synapto AI

Synapto AI is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. I am continually working to improve the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

1. Measures to Support Accessibility

Synapto AI takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of its website:

  • Include accessibility as part of my mission statement.

  • Appoint an accessibility officer or person responsible.

  • Provide continual accessibility training for my staff (if any).

  • Assign clear accessibility targets and responsibilities.

2. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

The Synapto AI website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. I am actively working to achieve full conformance.

  • User-generated content from other clients may not have alt-text on images.

  • Some older PDF documents are not fully accessible.
